I write comic speculative fiction and social satire about the messy boundary between humanity and technology. I am the author of the speculative novel Blinky’s Law.
I am fascinated by the point where technology stops being just a tool and starts reshaping how we think, work, connect and behave. I am particularly interested in the impact of AI on society, and in how we can use emerging technologies in ways that remain creative, responsible and human-centred.
Alongside my writing, I work as a consultant, trainer and keynote speaker, helping organisations explore probable, possible and preferable futures.
I have spoken about our relationship with technology at global events and webinars, appeared on BBC, Sky and Channel 5, and advised companies and organisations around the world. My professional background includes listing an online shares company on the London Stock Exchange and founding and selling a global digital marketing agency.
I live in the UK with my wife, our family and two dachshunds. When not writing or working with clients, I publish memoirs, paint pet portraits and grow vegetables.
